Breyer, a Germany-based developer, manufacturer and supplier of complete extrusion systems, will be showing a 3D movie to demonstrate a complex extrusion process of optical films at CHINAPLAS 2011.
Breyer has more than 60 years of history in offering extrusion lines that economically produce PC, PMMA, PET, PES, PP, ABS and other films and sheets for optical and technical applications.
According to the extrusion line manufacturer, their extrusion lines are built with a number of standard features developed based on key technological advancements. These features include: - Effective venting systems that enable lower energy costs - Meltpump control for faster startup of the line - Automatically controlled flat dies for fast setup of film thickness - Bank measuring systems for faster setup of sheet thickness - Calender for both side polished film below 100µm with special solid steel rolls - Electronic gap control for changing thickness by a button touch, for influence of the retardation rate, for adjustment of the flatness, and so on
CHINAPLAS 2011 - Asia's No.1 plastics and rubber trade fair - will be held in Guangzhou, China from May 17-20.
