Brückner Group, German supplier of production lines for mono- and biaxially stretched film, have recently announces its exhibits in CHINAPLAS 2011, which will be held in from May 17-20, 2011 in Guangzhou. The exhibits highlight technologies for various applications in plastic and packaging industries.
Brückner Maschinenbau will exhibit its BOPP lines, BOPET film lines and some specialty film lines during the show.
The BOPP lines provides solutions for efficient plastics films manufacture with working widths up to 10.4 m, outputs up to 7,000 kg/hour and production speeds up to 525 m/min; while for BOPET film lines, its technological highlights includes unique multi-gap stretching for high speeds and output, improved optical and mechanical film properties, and heavy duty MDO for thick film with good film surface quality.
Other exhibits include a range of specialty lines for production of special films such as BOPP function films, biodegradable films battery separator films, films for photovoltaic modules and high temperature films; together with a CPP line which the company claimed was the world's first line with a net film width of 6.2 m and a name plate capacity of 16.000 tons per year.
One of the highlights from Kiefel is its automatic pressure forming machine Speedoformer KMD 78 B. At CHINAPLAS 2011, the KMD 78 Speedformer, with 760 x 540 mm forming area, will demonstrate the processing of A-PET with a tray tool.
Another exhibit, new filling system "IV Express" specializes for the medical-sector. The company claimed that the advantage of it lied in high output with minimal use of space, while reacting with maximum flexibility to changing product requirements. During CHINAPLAS 2011, the company will demonstrate a "IV Express" production unit.
