| CHINAPLAS 2011 soared to new height |

Widely recognized as the world's No.2 plastics and rubber show with its continuous growth achieved over the years, CHINAPLAS 2012, the 26th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries, will rotate back to Shanghai next year.
CHINAPLAS 2011 has set a new record of 180,000 sqm and attracted a total of 2,435 exhibitors from 34 countries and regions. There were 94,084 visitors attending the show in Guangzhou, representing a 15.5% growth of its 2010 event, while 20.27% attendees came from overseas.
Riding on such unprecedented success, the fair will return to the Shanghai New International Expo Center next year on April 18-21. Ada Leung, Assistant General Manager of Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, organizer of CHINAPLAS, stated that soon after the start of exhibitor recruitment, many corporations applied for their booth space, and the growth of show scale was surprisingly high. In addition to all 17 exhibition halls in the east, west and north wings of the fairground, the organizer will also set up exhibition halls at the central square to expand the exhibition areas for displaying more machines and raw materials. A total of 11 theme zones will be set up.
With such expansion, the total exhibition area is expected to hit a new record high of 200,000 sqm, enjoying an increase of 33.3% over the last edition held at Shanghai in 2010. The 4-day exhibition is to attract over 100,000 trade visitors from 140 countries or regions and over 100 groups of delegations.
According to the organizer, the space reservation of CHINAPLAS 2012 is getting tight. As of mid-August, a number of famous enterprises have already confirmed their large exhibition areas.
Online pre-registration is available now at www.ChinaplasOnline.com. Visitors who successfully complete online registration on or before February 15, 2012 will get their visitor badges in advance to enjoy free admission and free coupon to redeem the exhibition catalogue (worth RMB60). In addition, by using the online function of myChinaplas, pre-registered visitors can search exhibitor's profile, plan visiting route, personalize their own visitor guides and join the online business matching service.
