Wutung Holding Co.Ltd. is to present a fully automatic multi-color Flexo Wheel printing machine, RUV-650 in CHINAPLAS 2011.
RUV-650 is specially designed for printing soft tubes with Flexographic technology, capable of printing one to six colors with maximum speed of 4800pcs per hour. Flexo Wheel uses curing after printing design, thereby achieving color on color printing with accurate registration. It uses cam transporting design and combine with servo motor system to serve as high capacity printing production line.
Standard feature of RUV-650 includes six units of Flexo print head, six set of UV curing systems, PLC with color touch screen interface, automatic feeding and unloading system, flame treatment, speed synchronous transmission system, vacuum suction system, "No-Tube-No Print" System, etc.
