A brief discussion of ACR, CPE in UPVC applications in pipe manufacture

UPVC（高密度聚氯乙烯）管材從用途上講，主要有給水管材、排水管材、化工用管材等，從結構上講，又有實壁管、波紋管、發泡管等。不同的管材有著不同的產品標準和技術指標，因而這些管材的配方和生產工藝也有所不同。但無論哪種管材，都要求在特定配方成本下，有預期的力學強度（抗拉強度、抗衝強度）、良好的外觀光潔度、較高的耐候性、理想的熱性能和較小的熱變形。這些性能指標在產品標準中是以液壓試驗、落錘衝擊試驗、維卡軟化度試驗、縱向回縮率試驗等來進行測試的。生產UPVC絕大部分必須用到CPE和ACR。下面就CPE和ACR對UPVC管材性能指標的改進方面來研究具體應用效果。ACR（Acrylic copolymer）是具有核-殼結構的丙烯酸酯類共聚物，是一種綜合性能優良的PVC抗衝改性劑。液壓試驗對給水、化工用UPVC管材來說，液壓試驗達標與否可以說是管材生產的最大難點。一般來說，液壓試驗不合格以兩種不同...[Full Text]

廣泛應用在航空航天市場航空航天市場歷來是碳纖維增強材料最重要的市場之一。近年來，碳纖維在航空航天市場的應用發展更為迅捷。在航空工業中，碳纖維主要被用作結構材料，如主翼、尾翼和機體、方向舵、起落架、副翼、擾流板、發動機艙、整流罩及座板等，此外還有C/C剎車片。大量碳纖維複合材料的應用可以減輕航空航天器的重量，節省油耗，提高航速。2010年11月，中國首架擁有完全自主知識產權的碳纖維輕型運動飛機“紅嘴鷗”在珠海航空產業園下線，這款飛機淨重只有280公斤。在千米左右的低空空域，從珠海飛向武漢、三亞、長沙等城市，只需添加80升97號或98號汽油，輕鬆飛行四五個小時即可到達。此外，空客320、380，波音787等均大量採用碳基複合材料作為航空器內部的結構材料，來實現飛行器自身的減重，相應地減少飛行過程中的油耗。以波音787 夢幻飛機為例，複合材料佔到整機重量的1/2。如果波音公司每月生產5 架...[Full Text]

PBT/PET合金的一般特性PBT/PET礦物填充合金是一種性能優良的工程塑料，它既保持了熱塑性聚酯良好的加工性、耐低溫性、耐候性及耐化學品性，優良助劑的加入又改善了PET的結晶性，同時具有出色的耐熱性、高光澤和良好的尺寸穩定性，廣泛應用於車燈飾圈等要求耐高溫的產品上。錦湖日麗開發的免底塗PBT/PET 4010又進一步提高了製品表面的光潔度，降低了揮發份，可以免去成本昂貴的底塗加工，直接蒸鍍，同時又具備高剛性，高韌性，高耐熱等特性，大大降低了車燈飾圈的生產成本。由於PBT/PET合金分子結構中含有酯基基團，在高溫下酯基基團容易降解並發生酯交換反應，少量的水分在高溫下會促使PBT/PET合金加速水解，導致分子量急劇下降，衝擊強度迅速降低，從而造成製品表面產生銀絲、輕微發黃等外觀問題，同時降解後容易使產品變脆、螺絲柱易斷裂、製品加工中容易開裂等強度問題。因此，如何降低PBT/PET合金...[Full Text]
