Shini Group has eight series of plastic auxiliary machines with perfect system solutions, which has won the Top 30 Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength of China’s Plastic Machinery Industry issued by China Plastic Machine Association for four successive terms. Ranking the first place of the Top 5 Enterprises of Plastics Auxiliary Machines and Accessories, Shini is the leader in domestic auxiliary machinery industry, and products of dryers, mould temperature controllers have won the top rank in the global sales ranking list.

On the CHINAPLAS 2018, besides its one-stop auxiliary products, Shini also launched a series of new products applied for the smart plant, including the new mould temperature controller, and multi-joint robot etc.

The new mould temperature controller is equipped with the RS485 communication function that can connect with the host machine to achieve central monitoring. The electronic flow and temperature monitoring system can the flow and temperature of each pipe in real time, which can display and avoid rejects immediately when the mould loop is blocked. Meanwhile, the max. heating temperature of the oil heater can be increased to 350 from 300 for wider applications.

STM-1217.The Six Axes Servo Driven Robot that can be widely used for welding, stacking, transporting, processing, and injection molding occasions, which can perfect finish products’ taking out tasks, and use free time for synchronous post processing, sprue cutting, burring and overlap polishing and product assembly.

For the development of specific application technology, Shini auxiliary machinery products also focus on whole plant planning, and products digital monitoring and analysis. Therefore, the company develops the integrated control technology sLink based on the network, which integrates all the monitoring functions of the auxiliary machine into the operation panel of the injection molding machine through the standard communication interface, achieving centralized monitoring for the injection molding machine and auxiliary machines. Besides, the whole plant planning combines the leading software products such as materials system, water and electric planning system, automation solution, sLink data collection technology and MES system to provide a complete set of injection factory solutions for customers.

In 2017, Shini made obvious changes in the promotion and sales of automation products. Its sales orders gradually grow to full servo plus terminal servo axis from pneumatic motor and single axle servo, and the simple taking out products have broken through terminal automation with whole plant input, developing towards unmanned or less-manned injection workshop applications. At present, the company has worked with a number of listed companies, and planned automation solutions successfully, which achieves the complex automation applications of automatic injection molding, assembly, arrangement and visual inspection.

In the future, Shini will shift automation to more humanized and artificial intelligence direction, and is determined to follow the technical trend of smart plant and whole plant planning, optimize various series of products, and take initiative to open years’ research and development result——sLink technology and function, so as to assist the injection molding industry to fulfill the industrial 4.0.
