SACMI Group is preparing to exhibit for the first time at Indiaplast 2019, which to be run from February 28 to March 4, 2019 in New Delhi.

Taking centre-stage will be the compression technology with which SACMI has profoundly innovated the way plastic caps are made, thanks to its outstanding performance, quality and control characteristics.

To date, more than 80 SACMI CCM presses have been installed in India by major players in the closures industry. Its intrinsic advantages have proved to be a big hit with customers. For example, the low running costs have been combined with a technology that allows independent control of each cavity-mould, giving manufacturers on-line, high speed total quality control of each individual cap.

SACMI, which has been operating in India for years through branches headed by SACMI Engineering (Mumbai), provides further added value in the form of assistance before, during and after the sale. 

Capable of providing a complete, integrated system upstream from the bottling line, the group complements cap production with IPS technology, a smart solution for the manufacture of PET preforms; using injection technology, IPS provides outstanding productivity, versatility and automation.

Advanced industrial testing of the cap-bottle system performed directly at the SACMI Beverage R&D facility – certified by the international industry's top players – offers customers guaranteed results right from the initial industrialisation.

Across-the-range availability of in-line quality control inspection systems (i.e. CHS for caps and PVS for preforms) allows SACMI to act as the customer's sole partner, offering smooth, reliable transition from raw material to capped, labelled container.

In addition to solutions upstream from the line, SACMI offers complete bottling plants that cover everything from stretch-blow moulding to filling, labelling and end-of-line operations. Logistical integration of all solutions and advanced engineering of plant flows maximize efficiency for customers.
