Smart Care is a cloud-based SACMI platform that meticulously monitors machine and plant "health". The company developed it to help customers optimize plant control and maintenance, thanks also to new assistance services and proactive problem-solving.

Smart Care runs continuous, in-depth medium-long term health checks on machines. SACMI Smart Care is designed to be available anywhere, regardless of distance. Being able to virtualize assistance completes and optimizes the on-site services that SACMI delivers via its worldwide network of branches.

Smart Care however, seeks to go even further by predicting problems before they can actually occur. SACMI emphasizes that the key to this is the immense quantity of data provided by machines and processes. However, to aid decision-making, that data needs to be translated into meaningful information.
