塑料配混、回收和生物塑料生产的技术先锋

At this year's Chinaplas (April 2023 4-17 | Shenzhen, China), the Coperion Group will demonstrate its broad range of forward-looking applications in plastics processing as a technology supplier. Based on its significant delivery performance, Coperion is considered an expert in plastic recycling and bioplastics production. Coperion will demonstrate PET with 20D simulation at booth 10K10 in Hall 31 Complete recycling system to demonstrate its expertise in plastic recycling. In this plant demonstration, we can take a closer look at a large number of core components from Coperion and the recently acquired Herbold Meckesheim. With the addition of Herbold Meckesheim, Coperion can now offer complete systems for plastics recycling.

In addition, Coperion will be presenting its expertise in conventional compounding systems at Chinaplas 2023. At the show, Coperion will be presenting a ZSK 58 Mc18 twin screw extruder with a Coperion K-Tron K-ML-SFS-KT20 twin screw feeder and an STS 25 Mc 11 The experimental extruder is equipped with a Kalmer C/S-LW-NT28 twin-screw feeder. In addition, Coperion K-Tron's quick-release feeder T35-QC will be exhibited with the 2415 vacuum receivers for feeding, offering customers a full range of technical and equipment services 。

At this year's Chinaplas, Coperion will present its ZSK and STS Twin screw extruders are highly efficient and versatile in their engineering for pioneering applications such as plastic recycling and bioplastics production. At the trade fair, Coperion will be presenting a ZSK 18 Mc 58 twin screw extruder with a specific torque of 18 Nm/cm³, which is characterized by consistently high output and first-class product quality. Assembled at Coperion's production site in Nanjing, China, this means that Coperion is able to meet the customer's needs as quickly as possible. Customers benefit from local value-added, shipping and duty savings, and fast delivery. Even after-sales service is customized according to local stock parts and needs. The ZSK 58 Mc18 extruder will be presented with the Coperion K-Tron K-ML-SFS-KT20 loss-in-weight twin screw feeder.

 

除了配混和回收，科倍隆挤出机也适用于生物塑料的生产。于生物降解塑料的原材料基材品种众多以及配方的多样性，这一工艺对挤出系统提出了很高的要求。 科倍隆和科倍隆楷创已经交付了多套生物塑料生产线，因此拥有全面的工程知识来设计每个工艺步骤，以达到生物塑料最终产品所需的机械性能。

 

At this year's show, Coperion will also be presenting an STS 25 Mc 25 experimental extruder with a screw diameter of 11 mm and a simple design. It is operation-friendly and easy to clean, with a uniform outer diameter ratio (Do/Di=1.55) and a specific torque of 11.3 in the STS The Nm/cm³ grade design enables the STS 25 Mc11 process to be scaled up precisely to the STS Other sizes in the series. To increase the process operating range and elasticity, Coperion increased the screw speed of the STS 25 Mc11 to 1200 min-1. This experimental extruder is ideal for formulation development and basic research in small batches of 2 kg and can achieve up to 110 kg /hour yield. The STS 25 Mc11 will be used together with the Kalmer C/S-LW-NT28 twin-screw loss-in-weight feeder Chinaplas on display.
