日前,国家标准《增材制造 结构轻量化设计要求》正式发布实施,这一标准的制定与发布标志着增材制造行业在规范化、标准化方面又迈出了坚实的一步。裕克施乐作为该标准参与制定的企业,在增材制造领域再次做出了积极的贡献。《增材制造 结构轻量化设计要求》标准的制定历时近两年,裕克施乐与国内多家增材制造上下游企业和研究机构紧密合作,共同完成了这一重要标准的制定工作。该标准对增材制造领域结构轻量化设计的相关要求进行了规范,旨在提升增材制造产品的质量和可靠性,为行业的发展提供有力支撑。裕克施乐也由于标准制定过程中的杰出贡献在最终标准发布时排名第三。

作为增材制造领域的领军企业,裕克施乐一直致力于技术创新和标准化战略。公司凭借深厚的技术积累和丰富的实践经验,积极参与国家和行业标准的制定工作。裕克施乐亚太区执行副总裁、全国增材制造标委会委员胡焕波先生,在接受中德标准化合作苏州创新中心采访时表示,在建立标准的过程中,企业与整个行业之间将有更好的互动,尤其对于新技术推向市场来说,将更加方便企业对接客户,让未来的市场理解新产品。胡焕波先生还表示以标准化试点创建为契机,裕克施乐将高位推进标准化建设,建立健全增材制造技术标准体系,构建与增材制造产业链相配套的“标准链”。

去年,裕克施乐的“基于非金属材料的增材制造标准化试点”获批立项江苏省战略性新兴产业标准化试点项目。在增材制造行业由裕克施乐参与主导制定的一项国家标准《增材制造 结构轻量化设计要求》一项行业标准《增材制造 面光源立体光固化工艺规范》两项团体标准《增材制造  三维打印创客空间服务规范》和《基于远程运维的增材制造设备售后服务规范》都先后陆续正式发布。


Leading a new chapter in additive manufacturing, the first national standard "Additive  manufacturing - Requirements for light weight structure design" jointly developed by OECHSLER has been officially released and implemented


Recently, the national standard "Additive  manufacturing - Requirements for light weight structure design"  was officially released and implemented, marking a solid step forward for the additive manufacturing industry in terms of standardization and standardization. OECHSLER, as a company involved in the formulation of this standard, has once again made positive contributions in the field of additive manufacturing. The formulation of the standard "Additive  manufacturing - Requirements for light weight structure design" took nearly two years. OECHSLER has worked closely with multiple domestic upstream and downstream additive manufacturing enterprises and research institutions to jointly complete the formulation of this important standard. This standard standardizes the requirements for lightweight design of structures in the field of additive manufacturing, aiming to improve the quality and reliability of additive manufacturing products and provide strong support for the development of the industry. OECHSLER also ranked third in the final standard release due to its outstanding contributions during the standard development process.


As a leading enterprise in the field of additive manufacturing, OECHSLER has always been committed to technological innovation and standardization strategies. The company actively participates in the formulation of national and industry standards with profound technological accumulation and rich practical experience. Mr. Steven Hu, Executive Vice President of OECHSLER Asia Pacific and member of the National Additive Manufacturing Standards Committee, stated in an interview with the Suzhou Innovation Center for Standardization Cooperation between China and Germany that in the process of establishing standards, there will be better interaction between the enterprise and the entire industry. Especially for the promotion of new technologies to the market, it will be more convenient for the enterprise to connect with customers and enable future markets to understand new products. Mr. Steven Hu also stated that taking the creation of standardization pilot projects as an opportunity, OECHSLER will promote standardization construction at a high level, establish an overall additive manufacturing technology standard system, and build a "standard chain" that is matched with the additive manufacturing industry chain.


Last year, OECHSLER's "Standardization Pilot Project for Additive Manufacturing Based on Non metallic Materials" was approved for the establishment of the Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industry Standardization Pilot Project. In the additive manufacturing industry, a national standard  "Additive  manufacturing - Requirements for light weight structure design", an industry standard  "Additive  manufacturing – Specification for area light source stereo lithography process", two group standards " Additive  manufacturing –Specification for 3D Printing Maker Space Service", and " Additive  manufacturing –Specification for After sales Service of Additive Manufacturing Equipment Based on Remote Operation and Maintenance", which OECHSLER participated in the development, have been officially released one after another.
