全自动立式真空砌块成型机

液压系统/Hydraulic System

■采用知名大品牌液压元器件，差压式系统设计，可以实现高速，低噪音,高效稳定运行；

Using well-known brand hydraulic components and differential pressure system design, it can realize high-speed, low noise, efficient and stable operation;

管路系统/Pipeline System

■各管路系统进口、出口及通经采用最优化的设计，从而最大限度降低能耗的浪费，同时提高响应速度；

The inlet, outlet and passage of each pipeline system adopt the optimal design, so as to minimize the waste of energy consumption and improve the response speed at the same time;

成型系统/Molding System

■电气数字比例阀的运用：采用进口电气数字比例阀加上线性位置传感器，高效精确的控制角座阀的比例开度，同时结合数字压力传感器，使模腔压力可以线性状稳定，改变了传统设备的模拟量控制阀门开关两种动作的方式，并以进口阀门从而保证制品质量的稳定，同时有效的节省蒸汽，空气等能耗；

Application of electrical digital proportional valve: the imported electrical digital proportional valve and linear position sensor are used to efficiently and accurately control the proportional opening of angle seat valve. At the same time, combined with digital pressure sensor, the mold cavity pressure can be linearly stable, which changes the two action modes of analog control valve opening and closing of traditional equipment, and uses imported valves to ensure the stability of product quality and effectively save steam, air and other energy consumption;

控制系统/Control System

■采用西门子智能控制系统，人性化的Windows嵌入系统操作界面，使操作更简便，智能化；

Siemens intelligent control system and humanized Windows Embedded system operation interface are adopted to make the operation easier and intelligent;

■采用进口电气比例阀加线性位置传感器及压力传感器的控制方式，完美的配合控制系统，使入料，加热，吹气等更加精准、稳定、可靠、高效；

It adopts the control mode of imported electric proportional valve plus linear position sensor and pressure sensor, and perfectly cooperates with the control system to make feeding, heating, blowing more accurate, stable, reliable and efficient;

■最新生产成型工艺技术，使其方便，高效的控制设备，有效提高生产效率；

The latest production molding technology makes it convenient and efficient control equipment to effectively improve production efficiency；

设备功能/Equipment Function

■该机在DZ/DF和LZ/LF的基础上根据客户的要求对板材尺寸从长度和宽度进行调节，采用编码器控制丝杆，对板材的长度和宽度进行无极调节，客户只需要在触摸屏上输入调整数字，设备将自动进行尺寸调节，操作方便；

The machine is based on the DZ/DF and LZ/LF.The block mold size can be adjustable.Both in length or width by rotation code to control screw cylinder.By setting the block mold size using the touch screen,the machine will adjust the mould size automatically.

■该机具有尺寸可调范围广，边皮料少的特点；

With variable size adjustable,keep less block edges;

■根据客户特殊要求，可选择先进料后调节尺寸工艺，大大提高回收料的掺合比率；

As per customer’s requirement,the special program for mixing recycle material is available,the block size can be adjusted(0-5mm);this feature greatly improves the mixing ration of the recycle material;
