01 精诚IM System

IM System是精诚自主研发的智能机电一体系统（模唇间隙智能伺服控制），采用先进的伺服电机协同控制技术和智能算法。其创新性地实现了模头模唇间隙的数字化精准控制，相比传统热螺栓系统，操作速度更快，精度和可重复性更高，具备以下核心优势：


The IM System is an independently developed intelligent electromechanical integration system by JCTIMES, featuring smart servo-controlled die lip adjustment. It utilizes advanced servo motor coordination technology combined with intelligent algorithms to deliver precise, responsive control.

It innovatively enables digital and precise control of the die lip gap, marking a significant advancement over traditional thermal bolt systems. With faster response time, higher precision, and improved repeatability, the IM System offers the following key advantages:




实时动态响应：快！IM System能够实时监测材料厚度变化，动态调整模唇开度和温度分布，确保挤出材料的横向厚度匀性，快速响应工艺参数变化，可显著缩短调试周期、提高生产效率和产品稳定性。


Real-Time Dynamic Response:Fast!The IM System continuously monitors material thickness variations in real time and dynamically adjusts the die lip opening and temperature distribution. This ensures uniformity in the transverse thickness of extruded materials. With its ability to rapidly respond to process         parameter changes, it significantly shortens setup and adjustment cycles, enhances production efficiency, and improves product stability.

Safe and Worry-Free:The system features fully automated, non-contact operation, eliminating the need for manual intervention in high-temperature and hazardous environments, thereby ensuring a safer production process.

02 智能精密模头系列

精诚IM System具备优异的适配性。本次雅式展，精诚将携多款搭载了IM System的一体化智能精密模头亮相，包括淋膜模头、隔膜模头等。这些模头代表了精诚在技术研发上的深厚积淀和对精密制造的极致追求。


JCTIMES IM System offers outstanding adaptability. At this year’s CHINAPLAS, JCTIMES will showcase multiple integrated intelligent precision dies equipped with the IM System, including casting dies and separator film dies. These dies embody JCTIMES’ deep technical expertise and its relentless pursuit of excellence in precision manufacturing.

  • 制品调节精度在±1%

  • 唇口间隙变化响应速度＜10 s（传统自动化的模头，同样工序大约需要10 分钟）

  • 智能升级：提供将手动调节模头升级为IM System智能机电一体化系统解决方案，提升生产线自动化水平，并降低改造成本。


  • 模唇调节精度 0.005mm

  • 制品调节精度在±0.5%

  • 唇口间隙变化响应速度＜4s （传统自动化的模头，同样工序大约需要10 分钟）
