精诚时代携自主研发的九层共挤平面叠加吹膜模头亮相于3G15圆模展台！以“精密有度，重构智造边界”为主题，聚焦高端包装领域，通过独立温控系统、短流道设计与轴对称压力分布等核心技术，全面拓宽食品、医药、农业及工业等行业的应用边界。

JCTIMES proudly presents its independently developed nine-layer flat-stack co-extrusion blown film die at Booth 3G15!

Under the theme“Precision Mastered，Intelligence Redefined. ”the exhibit focuses on high-end packaging applications. Featuring key technologies such as an independent temperature control system, short flow channel design, and axially symmetric pressure distribution, this die solution significantly expands the application potential across food, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and industrial sectors.

• 独立温控系统：各层物料可实现独立温度控制，适用于温度要求差异较大的材料。
• Independent Temperature Control System:
Each material layer can be individually temperature-controlled, making the system suitable for multi-material extrusion where materials have different thermal requirements.

•短流道设计：优化的短流道大幅缩短熔体滞留时间，有效防止长时间加热引起的材料性能劣变，并确保快速均匀的流动。
• Short Flow Channel Design:
The optimized short flow path significantly reduces melt residence time, effectively preventing thermal degradation of materials due to prolonged heating, while ensuring fast and uniform melt flow.


•轴对称压力分布：模头内熔体压力呈轴对称分布，使薄膜厚度更加均一，有效提升整体的精度和产品稳定性。

• Axially Symmetric Pressure Distribution:
Melt pressure inside the die is distributed symmetrically along the axis, resulting in more uniform film thickness, improved overall precision, and enhanced product stability.

2.圆度误差±0.01mm
3.模唇尖角R<0.15mm
4.温控精度±1℃
5.流体表面铬层厚度0.015-0.03mm

With precise temperature control, optimized short flow paths, and uniform axially symmetric pressure distribution, the nine-layer co-extrusion flat-stack blown film die significantly enhances barrier properties, abrasion resistance, and tear strength of the film. It ensures stable product quality during high-efficiency continuous production, while also reducing manufacturing costs. This solution not only improves functional properties like barrier strength and durability, but also ensures reliable film output during continuous high-speed extrusion.
