搭载了先进的全自研智能微量控制系统，支持物料数据管理、自定义的配方管理，实现智能化配方调用和订单管理。

通过二维码识别，迅速而准确地识别物料，精准投料，避免投料错误，同时提供实时的喂料量显示，确保整个配料流程的精准和高效。

Equipped with an advanced self-developed intelligent micro-control system, it supports material data management, customized formula management, and realizes intelligent formula calling and order management.

Through QR code recognition, it can quickly and accurately identify materials, accurately feed materials, avoid feeding errors, and provide real-time feeding amount display to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the entire batching process.

采用先进的控制技术和高精度传感器，实现全程数字信号交互，无惧干扰，超低失真，响应快速，实时调节螺杆、给料机速率、泵等各种执行机构的运行速度来控制喂料流量，配料精度：最高达±1g，多工位多重静态复称，实现高精度计重配料。

It adopts advanced control technology and high-precision sensors to rconvert full digital signal interaction, no fear of interference, ultra-low distortion, fast response, real-time adjustment of the running speed of various actuators such as screw, feeder rate, pump to control the feeding flow, batching accuracy: up to ±1g, multi-station multiple static re-weighing, to achieve high-precision weight batching.

 

3）无尘化运行

Dust-free design

自动化清洁：减少人工维护成本，提高设备的利用率。

Automated cleaning: Reduces manual maintenance costs and improves equipment utilization.

封闭式配料方式：配备中央除尘系统，保证整个系统无尘化运行。

Closed batching method: Equipped with a central dust removal system to ensure dust-free operation of the entire system.

整体采用模块化设计，可根据生产需求定制，适应不同生产环境，方便快速升级扩展配料工位，4-8系列(从4工位升级至8工位)、6-12系列(从6工位升级至12工位)、8-16系列(从8工位升级至16工位)，满足多种配方需求。

The overall modular design can be customized according to production needs, adapt to different production environments, and facilitate the rapid upgrade and expansion of batching stations, 4-8 series (upgraded from 4 stations to 8 stations), 6-12 series (upgraded from 6 stations to 12 stations), 8-16 series (upgraded from 8 stations to 16 stations), to meet a variety of formula requirements.
