Trelleborg comments on the acquisition of the US-based company Minnesota Rubber & Plastics that was finalized recently.

Headquartered outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Minnesota Rubber & Plastics is a leading manufacturer of polymer and thermoplastic components and a system provider for technically demanding applications for several fast-growing industries such as medical equipment, water management, and food and beverage.

The bolt-on acquisition furthers Trelleborg’s ambition to provide innovative solutions to customers by accelerating product development and strengthening research and development in areas such as healthcare and medical, food and beverage, and transportation.

Trelleborg expands its business growth and R&D with acquisition of Minnesota Rubber & Plastics.
