It is operation-friendly and easy to clean, with a uniform outer diameter ratio (Do/Di=1.55) and a specific torque of 11.3 in the STS The Nm/cm³ grade design enables the STS 25 Mc¹¹ process to be scaled up precisely to the STS Other sizes in the series. To increase the process operating range and elasticity, Coperion increased the screw speed of the STS 25 Mc¹¹ to 1200 ^min-1. This experimental extruder is ideal for formulation development and basic research in small batches of 2 kg and can achieve up to 110 kg /hour yield.
