GOEBEL IMS, a brand of IMS TECHNOLOGIES, will focus on presenting the new eSERIES at CHINAPLAS 2023, among its other slitting and rewinding solutions for the plastic film applications.

The eSERIES is presented in Asia for the first time. It is a new comprehensive primary portfolio of machines that are fully electric with innovative technologies and design for high performance and quality.

The eSERIES has four members. The eMONOSLIT and eMONOSLIT GIANT superlative slitter rewinders are suitable for processing different kinds of packaging and technical films, like BOPP, BOPE, BOPET and BOPA. They feature a working width between 7500 mm and 12000 mm at speeds of up to 1500 m/min.

With a working width between 4500 mm and 7500 mm at speeds of up to 1250 m/min, the eINTERSLIT slitter rewinder ensures high efficiency and productivity when converting materials, such as packaging films, capacitor films, metallized films, flexible packaging, and many others.

Developed for the conversion of sensitive films and other substrates for packaging applications, the eXTRASLIT slitter rewinder features a working width of up to 3800 mm at speeds of 1200 m/min. It also allows narrow cuts from 270 mm.

The eSERIES can save up to 25% of energy. As the machines are fully electric and do not have any hydraulic system, they are easy to be serviced. They also have smaller footprint and lower noise emission, and they can be equipped with MAIA Industrial IoT platform.
