At CHINAPLAS 2023, Dekuma Rubber and Plastic Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is presenting a variety of innovative molding and automation solutions for plastic pipes under the theme “Digital. Intelligence. Green Future”.

On display is a nylon bellows forming machine which is mainly for the production of multilayer nylon bellows in new energy vehicles, and is an important part of Dekuma’s multilayer nylon bellows production line. This new model boasts a stronger vacuuming performance, making the corrugated pipe demolding process smoother. The machine can produce different types of corrugated pipe products, solving the problem of lacking fullness on the surface of the corrugated pipe while improving its quality.

Also on display is the RC40 auto sealing strip corner rubber machine, which is a C-shaped rubber injection molding machine, mainly used for the corner joint of automobile sealing strips. This model solves the problem of high-precision injection of automotive sealing strip corners.

He expects the company's performance in 2022 to reach new heights. He said that with customized functions, 50% of the price, five times the response speed, 20% of the maintenance cost and 80% of integrated performance, the company’s products are comparable to high-end imported equipment.

With the launch of a series of products, including the first pipe extrusion production line, China’s largest 2,800-ton horizontal rubber injection machine and a full-section rubber track molding machine, the company has enhanced its presence in the market.

“Overseas market is our key development direction. The past three years has been very difficult for overseas customers to come to China and for us to go abroad to participate in exhibitions. This year, we can finally see each other. I hope to contact more overseas customers through CHINAPLAS 2023,” he stressed.
