Riccardo Galeazzi (b. 1987) is a materials engineer and sustainability expert at RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers, where he leads the development of sustainable materials with reduced environmental impact. He holds a Master's degree (2013) and a PhD (2016) in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. His doctoral research focused on mechanical characterization of composite and wood-based materials, including recycled particleboards, using experimental testing and finite element analysis. Since joining RadiciGroup in 2016, he has served as CAE Service Engineer and Post-Consumer Product Manager. From 2018 to 2021, he coordinated the EU-funded Car-E Service project, promoting recycling of engineering polymers from End-of-Life Vehicles and advancing circular economy solutions in the automotive sector. He now drives innovation in low-carbon polymers, supporting the transition toward more sustainable industrial solutions.
