At the company's booth, baby bottle nipples will be manufactured on a 12-cavity mold on the BOY injection molding machine with 500 kN clamping force.

BOY will produce baby bottle nipples with its BOY 50 E at Plastindia 2023.

The injection molding machine with a cantilevered two-platen clamping unit is characterized in particular by precision, high performance as well as smooth running and a compact design. The footprint of a BOY 50 E (3.25 m²) is significantly reduced compared to conventional machine concepts with a three-platen principle.

The servo-motor pump drive of the E series ensures a smooth and energy-saving operation with high efficiency. Many plasticising units for thermoplastics, thermosets, LSR and elastomers are available for the BOY 50 E with a wide range of screw diameters (18 - 42 mm).
