Hubei Teng Lei New Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Brückner Maschinenbau have teamed up for BOPP film production project to ensure high speed, output and efficiency.

The first joint project was a 10.4m wide high-speed line with 525m/min and an output of 7,6 tons per hour. Line number two – which went successfully on stream recently – is even more powerful with a speed of 600m/min and an hourly output of approximately 8.4 tons.

Hubei Jiayue and Brückner put high speed and high output 10.4m BOPP lines into operation.

"The line’s sliding shoes are especially developed for highest speeds, nevertheless they require very little lubricating oil," Josef Haslinger, Head of Sales China, Brückner Maschinenbau, said. "This results in significant material savings, of course, but also additional cleanliness, reduced maintenance, increased film quality and a considerable advantage in terms of production costs."

"For us, efficiency in film production is of great importance, because it means decreasing use of raw materials, lower energy consumption and less waste," Gong Daohua, the plant owner, commented. "Our next Brückner line, which we are currently installing, is just as much in favor of this as the two previous ones. And future projects that we are discussing right now of course also."
