Scapa Medical offers Bioflex Rx835P, a pressure sensitive PVC film tape for direct skin applications including bandages, medical device attachment and generalized wound care. Offering excellent conformability for curved areas of the body, Rx835P provides good adhesion to the skin, yet removes cleanly without causing irritation or trauma.
Bioflex Rx835P consists of a flesh colored PVC film, single coated with a medical grade acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The 4.25 mil thick tape is supplied on a 42# kraft release liner that can be easily die cut. The product has passed primary skin irritation, cytotoxicity, and sensitization product safety testing, and contains no natural latex proteins. The flesh color of Bioflex Rx835P allows it to blend easily with many skin tones.
