KRAIBURG TPE launches THERMOLAST H, a new range of TPE designed for the healthcare and medical device applications in Asia Pacific. The HC/AD1/AP series provides high-quality material solutions which comply with Cytotoxicity ISO 10993-5 and GB/T 16886.5. The series is characterized by its high adhesion to polar thermoplastics.

Material Advantages

  • Hardness range from 30 to 80 ShA

  • Adhesion to PC, ABS, PC/ABS, PETG, PCTG

  • Optimized mechanical properties

  • Soft touch surface

  • Pre-coloration available in-house

  • Free from animal ingredients

  • Free of PVC, latex, and heavy metals

  • REACH SVHC

  • RoHS Directive

  • All raw materials are (EU) No.10/2011, and US FDA CFR 21 approved

  • Bio-compatibility testing according to ISO 10993-5 and GB/T 16886.5

  • Sterilizable
