MAAG Group’s leadership transition in America and China
MAAG Group announced a leadership transition on September 1, 2023 – the appointment of Paul Merich, former Vice President of MAAG APAC, as incoming VP/GM for MAAG Americas and Aaron Kong as the GM of MAAG China.

MAAG Group is further expanding its presence in China, creating the prerequisites for the continued growth in the country. It particularly focuses on creating incremental production capacity and the introduction of new products specifically for the Chinese market.
The Switzerland headquartered company has been actively carrying out localization strategy in China since 2022, including its expansion of assembly shop at the site in Jiading, Shanghai, which has doubled in size.
