LKIMM showcases two injection molding machines with high performance, namely ELETTRICA EL130 full-electric high-efficiency injection molding machine and POTENZA-III PT130 servo energy-saving injection molding machine, at Fakuma 2023.

At the trade fair, LKIMM demonstrates the production and manufacturing of granular building blocks on site through the ELETTRICA full-electric machine. It adopts ABS raw materials to provide high-performance solutions for the toy industry.

The new generation of servo electric motor control enables more precise and efficient movements, while avoiding hydraulic oil pollution, maintaining a clean production.
Mode-locking movement adopts linear guide rail, equipped with high response servo motor and non-contact pull rod. The speed of mold opening and closing is 700mm/s and the control precision of mold locking position and glue melting position is ±0.01mm, which delivers production of high precision and efficiency.
In addition, ELETTRICA is equipped with a 15-inch integrated display, a control screen and an Intel X86 processor, adopting flexible process control system and OPC-UA protocol interface.
