INEOS Styrolution will showcase its circular ECO product line for the healthcare and packaging industries at Pharmapack 2024 on January 24-25 in Paris, France. Its value chain partner – Eco-inject, will also exhibit a medical product application with INEOS circular solution.

INEOS Styrolution will showcase sustainable solutions for medical device application.

 

The leading styrenics supplier offers sustainable plug-in “ECO” solutions for most of its product portfolio.

 

One of the examples is the recently introduced ASA grade, Luran S MED 797S SPF30, which is used for small medical devices, is also available in bio-circular version Luran S ECO MED 797S SPF30 BC40.

 

The more sustainable grade is with 40% renewable content, resulting in a carbon footprint reduction for up to 52%, all based on a mass balance process certified under ISCC PLUS.

 

There are a range of commercial healthcare applications based on sustainable ECO materials currently under development.

 

In the tradeshow, British company Eco-inject will also exhibit sustainable single use autoinjector device for pre-filled syringes, which uses INEOS Styrolution’s bio-circular grade NAS ECO 21 BC701.
