Although PPS materials themselves have certain polarity, their polarity is relatively weak. When customers have high requirements for polarity, general specifications of PPS materials often cannot meet the requirements. Specifically, it includes the following application areas:

1. Paint has strong adhesion, mainly used in applications where pen A/D components, electronic product casings, and other exterior components require painting. In these fields, PPS substrates are required to have strong adhesion to paint and can withstand rigorous hundred grid tests after drying. The paint strong adhesion PPS material series developed by Wolf fully covers 30 fiberglass reinforced, 40 fiberglass reinforced, 50 fiberglass reinforced, and high filling specifications, providing more choices for the design ideas of appearance components in the pen and other industries.

2. AB adhesive anaerobic adhesive special PPS material. In the fields of laptops, communication, electrical, etc., some customers require special assembly processes that require AB adhesive, silicone, and anaerobic adhesive to have good bonding effects, in order to improve the qualified rate of finished products. Wolf has developed a full range of adhesive specific PPS materials from 30 fibers to 65 glass minerals according to customer needs, mainly including product series such as WG301S-008, WG401S-008, WM601A-008, etc. At present, it has been widely applied in related industries with stable product quality.

3. Good metal bonding properties, such as PPS materials that can be used for electroplating and PVD processes. Some fields require PPS substrates to have strong electroplating layer adhesion, which requires PPS substrates to have special chemical properties; At the same time, good metal bonding performance combined with epoxy resin bonding performance has important applications in oil cooled copper plates of new energy motors, which can greatly improve the airtightness of copper bars on the basis of traditional PPS materials; The PVD process requires good adhesion between the coating and PPS substrate, which has many applications in the field of consumer electronics;

4. Epoxy adhesive bonding PPS special materials

In the field of new energy capacitors, some applications require PPS substrate to be bonded with epoxy resin, and not to crack after being subjected to cold and hot cycle impacts.
