A very interesting project led by Adrian Kaninski from Plastigo

Company Plastimex, producer of PVC, PP PE pipes purchased Borche machine with Shini auxiliary equipments. Project was very difficult mainly because of lack of space for the machine and also very specific placement of it. IMM was widened due to wide mould cores. Another challenge was to select appropriate ST3 robot that needed to be chosen from the measurements coming out of the project.

Due to the weight of the detail, gripper was designed from the scratch. X axis release was used with a success what resulted with cooperation of the machine ejector with the X axis movement. This allowed to stabilization and firm grip of the detail.
