AKEI will showcase its fully automated jerrycan production line, through augmented reality (AR) technology, at CHINAPLAS 2024.

At CHINAPLAS 2024, AKEI will showcase its fully automated jerry can production line through AR technology.

 

AKEI will showcase a fully automated jerrycan production line on our production floor through the AR technology. The latest LIN-90-SSI EBM is dedicated for 10-30L jerry cans. With optimization on extrusion, molding and cooling processes, the latest version of production line doubles the production yield, bring lower production cost to customers.

 

Towards Industry 4.0: AR and IoT technology

 

AKEI are keen to embed modern manufacturing technologies into the machines.

 

It brings AR technology to extrusion blow molding solutions. Users can monitor equipment status on a remote control panel through AR. AR also allows users to conduct visual communication. These reduce time and effort for user training and troubleshooting.

 

The company also introduces IoT sensors across the production line to reflect various aspects of the performance, such as material consumption, energy consumption and manpower allocation.

 

This year, the company also celebrates its 50th anniversary.
