For example, Xiang Xi organic silicone scratch resistant agent is widely used in automotive PP interiors, solving many quality problems for manufacturers of automotive PP interiors:

1. Improve the scratch resistance of the product.

2. Improve the demoulding capability of products.

3. Improve the dispersibility of non-organic and organic products and improve fluidity.

4. No stickiness, no odor, no precipitation, low LOV, and less influence of stress whitening.

 

Recommend Dosage:

When adding 0.5%~2.0%,help improve the processing,liquidity and demoulding of products.

When adding 1.0%~5.0%,help improve the appearance,like smoothness,silky tactile expression,wear-resistance and scratch-resistance.
