Haitian machines achieve sustainability through intelligent innovation
At CHINAPLAS 2024, Haitian International showcases its latest technology – MA2100F/580 servo hydraulic high speed machine, JU5500V/3450 servo hydraulic two-platen machine, VE1900V-430h fully electric injection molding machine with medical package and VE600V-80h with customized optics LENS package. All the exhibits are based on Haitian and Zhafir’s latest fifth generation technology.
At CHINAPLAS, a machine built by Zhafir is exhibited.
As the latest technologies from Haitian International, these injection molding machines have been optimized in terms of outlook, hardware, performance, precision and stability. Apart from low energy consumption and eco-friendliness, the machines feature more intelligent operation.
Xu Bin, Deputy General Manager, Global Industry Lines, Haitian International, foresees that in 2024, urgent demand on digitalization and green production from downstream end markets pushes enhancement in energy saving, high efficiency and intelligent solutions in the plastics and rubber industries.
Demonstrating breakthroughs in packaging, medical and optics
With MA2100F/580 the latest servo hydraulic high speed machine, Haitian International brings high speed and stability thin wall and in-mold labelling production to the plastic packaging industry.
The machine achieves injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s and has short mold opening and closing times, resulting in significantly reduced cycle times, allowing less investment with same amount of productivity. This technical capacity is supported by a high-speed/high-response IML cell. The drying cycle is less than 2.8 seconds - a top international performance.

With the latest JU5500V/3450 two-platen machine, significant energy savings are achieved through electrical charging. The new control technology with UI design improves efficiency and is extremely responsive. Overall, the new generation runs faster and more reliably, with the drying cycle reaching a top international level. Equipped with a Trexel micro-foam unit and micro-mold opening, the machine is suitable for production of lightweight components for the automotive industry.
Haitian International also showcases a medical machine – fully electric injection molding machine VE1900V-430h. The machine fits the requirement of medical cleanroom production, fulfilling the demand for high efficiency, enhancing cleanroom productivity. It also owns features including precise injection molding process, fast forming efficiency and high productivity.

It is worth noting that Haitian International introduced a customized optics LENS machine VE600V-80h for the high precision optical imaging industry. This model continues to optimize and upgrade for the optics industry, fulfilling the high demand on high precision and stability and providing a comprehensive solution.
Low-carbon production as the new trend
Talking about opportunities in plastic machinery industry, Xu Bin says that through constantly upgrade of technologies such as artificial intelligence and IoT, the industry can achieve production with lower cost, higher efficiency and quality. This brings unprecedented possibilities to plastic equipment manufacturers and the plastics and rubber industries.
At the same time, as global focus on environment and sustainable development is increasing, new laws and regulations pose higher demand on sustainability to plastic machinery.
“How to continuously upgrade the energy-saving solution and develop the smart features of the machines, while reducing lower carbon emission of equipment have become important topic for the injection molding industry,” he stresses.
