At its booth, Chen Hsong (Booth: 5.1C32) highlights various injection molding machines, one of which makes its world debut – SUPERMASTER TP-SMART two-platen servo drive injection molding machine.
The TP-SMART is a revolutionary upgrade to the popular TP series of advanced two-platen machines from Chen Hsong. Built upon patented and proprietary technologies, TP-SMART smartly and effectively addresses all major pain points on operating two-platen machines in a single attempt. It is suitable for applications in sectors such as railway, automotive, new energy, etc.

Another highlight is the MK6 PRO. Fu Chun Shin introduces energy-saving multi-component machine
Fu Chun Shin (Booth: 4.1C18) showcases the FB-300Re which is a PET + TPE dual-material, dual-color, multi-component molding system with an electric injection unit. It is equipped with a 1-in-1 crisper mold (box + lid) and a SEPRO automated take-out system. The molding cycle is about 30 seconds.
The space occupied by the machine is reduced by 15% when compared with machines in the same specification. The overall rigidity of the new clamping mechanism is increased by 15%. The mold load is increased by 10%, and with a high-end electric turntable, the speed is increased by 10%.
The movable mold and the large column are designed to have no contact, the opening and closing speed of the mold is increased by 15%. The injection unit is configured with linear slide rail, which saves energy by 10%. The piping adopts new technology with no welding design. The system accuracy is higher, and the response speed is increased by 20%.
Arburg demonstrates LSR application with electric Allrounder
Arburg (Booth: 4.1D42) presents a production cell centered around an electric Allrounder from the Golden Electric series and demonstrates liquid silicone rubber (LSR) application with it.
With a clamping force of 1,000 kN, LSR cylinder and vacuum equipment, the electric Allrounder 470 E Golden Electric injection molding machine produces valves made of LSR for use in cars. Using an 8-cavity mold, eight LSR components weighing 0.8 grams each can be produced in a cycle time of around 55 seconds. Injection is sprueless and takes place directly via a pneumatic cold runner system.

Arburg demonstrates LSR application with the electric Allrounder 470 E Golden Electric machine.
A Flexlift 10 linear robotic system, which is specifically designed for the Asian market, gently removes the molded parts from the mold and sets them down on a conveyor belt. As they are of low height and telescopic design, the systems are suitable for confined spaces. Powerful servo motors ensure that the vertical mold-entry axes are extremely dynamic and accurate, enabling fast removal, precise and vibration-free movements and short cycle times.
Demag presents 48-cavity conjoined water cap production system
Demag Plastics Machinery Ningbo (Booth: 4.1C32) has a water cap production system marking its first show presence in China at CHINAPLAS.
Systec 210-1450 SP is a 48-cavity lightweight conjoined water cap production system. It has a product weight of only 1.2g and a molding cycle of less than 3 seconds. The cap does not separate from the bottle after opening, making it easier to recycle and reuse, thus aligning with the concept of low-carbon environmental protection.
