The reorganization of the FRIMO group is completed with FRIMO Innovative Technologies taking over the global business activities of the former FRIMO Group.

FRIMO Innovative Technologies takes over the global business of the former FRIMO Group.

 

The German locations in Lotte, Freilassing, Hamburg and Sontra have been under new management since August 2023. With locations in Hungary, Poland, the USA, Canada, Mexico and China, FRIMO Innovative Technologies now also has a global network for a competitive position in the international market environment.

 

FRIMO Innovative Technologies offers a complete portfolio of machines and tools covering the areas of PU processing, Flexible Trimming, Punching, Pressing/Forming, Thermoforming, Press Laminating, Edge-Folding, Joining and Gluing. It also includes the implementation of all upstream, intermediate, and downstream process steps.

 

Electromobility and lightweight construction are also key drivers of innovation. FRIMO Innovative Technologies can support the production of individual battery components with a broad technology portfolio. Applications for battery protection include housings, EMC shielding, heat shielding and temperature control as well as underbody protection.

 

In addition to batteries for e-mobility, FRIMO Innovative Technologies also focuses on stationary batteries, including the production, assembly, and welding of electrode.
