Mono-material PP refillable deodorant stick with weight reduction of 62%
Berry Global and La Rosée co-develop refillable deodorant stick with Berry’s Exclusive Refill, a mono-material polypropylene (PP) packaging solution, after two years of research and development between the two company’s development teams.

Berry and La Rosée co-develop a refillable deodorant stick with mono-material PP material.
“We wanted a pack that reflects all of the strong values of La Rosée in terms of our commitments to the environment and also maximises the consumer experience,” explained Mahault De Guibert, co-founder of La Rosée.
With Exclusive Refill’s mono-material PP construction, La Rosée’s deodorant stick is with a weight reduction of 62%, compared to a full deodorant stick. The packaging also offers watertightness, convenience and ease of use.
The 50ml packaging also allows simple refill process that reduces contact with product, ensuring convenience and hygiene.
The Exclusive Refill is produced at Berry’s factory in Marolles, France, enabling local sourcing to minimize La Rosée’s carbon footprint during deliveries.
Berry and La Rosée are also working to switch the Exclusive Refill to include Berry’s CleanStream recycled PP for contact-sensitive applications.
The La Rosée refillable deodorant stick is now available in pharmacies across France.
