Sesotec introduces RAYCON X-ray system, a highly efficient device to detect contamination during production process to enhance product quality.

Sesotec’s RAYCON X-ray system.

 

The system detects all foreign objects that absorb X-rays more than the plastic product due to their density, chemical composition or mechanical dimensions, ensuring the quality of end product.

 

Compared to conventional metal detectors, RAYCON X-ray system is with a much higher detection resolution and offers the advantage of detecting a variety of dense foreign materials.

 

The system can integrate perfectly into any production line, from goods receipt to goods issue, in any conveying type.

 

RAYCON X-ray system – RAYCON D+ – is applied in one of Sesotec’s customers, who produces single and double-sided adhesive tapes in northern Germany.
