Brückner Servtec celebrates its 1000th completed upgrading project as it successfully installed Inline coater (ILC) at the 5-layer BOPP film stretching line of Indian customer SRF Limited.

Brückner celebrates its 1000th upgrading project for Indian company SRF Limited.

 

The ILC is an upgrade solution contribute to sustainable film production. Brückner’s Inline Coating Technology, as the key component, has been fully integrated into the existing film stretching line, applying a thin, wet, water-based, chemical coating before the film is stretched and dried in the transverse direction orientation (TDO).

Brückner installed Inline coater at the 5-layer BOPP film stretching line of SRF Limited.

 

The solution offers improved barrier properties, high metal adhesion, long-term stability and optimized printability in BOPP film production, and is able to extend with high barrier inline coated films.

 

Brückner also offers a wide range of solutions, such as heat recovery systems, line conversions to recyclable mono-material BOPE films and direct drives for energy savings, contributing to recyclable packaging and circularity.
