COLINES commissions new CPP line for Indian flexible packaging company

COLINES has supplied and started a new CPP line, strengthening their partnership with Sparsh Industries, a leading flexible packaging solution providing company based in India which is currently experiencing a huge expansion.

 

The new line supplied by COLINES is a 3,2 meters CPP line (with 5 extruders for the maximum flexibility in production), equipped with the latest MDO technology boosted with the unique and patented infrared heating system. The line is currently working smoothly and already reached over 1000 tons of film produced.

A new CPP line by COLINES was successfully supplied to Sparsh Industries.


Sparsh Industries is the first company in India to order and commission such a flexible MOPP line, and able to produce CPP and MOPP film as per requirements. This unique line is capable to produce both PP and PE film.

 

“We are thankful to COLINES for the great commitment and for the amazing job done by their technicians. Notwithstanding the COVID-19 pandemic and all the consequent issues, the commissioning was successfully accomplished in due-time and this is very important for us,” said Ashutosh Agarwal, CEO of Sparsh Industries.

It has produced over 1000 tons of film.


“We are proud for the amazing job done with SPARSH. It was not easy to accomplish the commissioning in due-time but we can say that we achieved successful solutions to the travel-restrictions issue,” said Eraldo Peccetti, Executive President of COLINES. “It was a good combination between using technology, such as virtual and augmented reality, and building local teams of technicians in different world areas, which is something that in India we started already years ago thanks to the partnership with the prestigious company HI-TECH INTERNATIONAL.”
