Centralized Feeding System

The centralized feeding system offers a flexible and efficient solution for the feeding, conveying, and storage of powder, granular, and liquid materials, accommodating various types of raw materials and feeding methods.

Weighing and Mixing System

The weighing and mixing system provides an efficient and reliable solution for accurately proportioning powder and granular materials. The system offers various models and production capacities of loss-in-weight feeders, with high flexibility in arrangement and upgrades. It is widely used across various industries including rubber, plastics, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Features:

Linear accuracy and repeatability precision can reach ±0.5%;
The PLC control system replaces traditional single-chip microcomputers, fully compatible with upstream and downstream control systems, strong anti-interference, and fast signal transmission.
Adaptable to hundreds of process routes, achieving a production capacity range of 0.5kg/h to 10000kg/h: meeting different formulation ratios and material characteristics;

Technical Features:

Accurate Metering: The system utilizes weighing sensors to provide real-time feedback to the control module, adjusting the discharge volume and real-time tuning of the screw speed. This enhances discharge precision, achieving precise material rationing.
Self-Diagnostic and Self-Recovery: Relevant instruments enable the system to perform self-diagnosis and self-recovery during operation, ensuring real-time detection and correction of deviations in the loss-in-weight feeder’s accuracy.
