      The split co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder is a widely used equipment in the field of plastic processing and others. It has a unique split structure, which is convenient for the installation, disassembly, cleaning and maintenance of the screw, and can effectively shorten the downtime. The two screws rotate in the same direction and in parallel. Under the push of the screws, the materials undergo processes such as conveying, melting, mixing and homogenization. This extruder has a good mixing effect, can make the materials fully and evenly mixed, and can process a variety of polymers and blends. With its stable extrusion performance and efficient production capacity, it provides a strong guarantee for the high-quality production of plastic products.


1.机筒为剖分打开式，可以准确控制物料塑化时间及塑化程度，方便观察试验效果及进行试验、生产后的清洁工作，提高生产效率。

2. 简体和螺杆为积木式设计，可以自由组合，满足不同物料的加工需求。

3.既可以用于热塑性塑料的加工应用上，也可用于环氧树脂，酚醛树脂等热固性材料的加热和混合工序。

4.应用于压缩成型、移送成型、挤出成型等成型工程，具有精度高，拆卸方便等优点。

1. The barrel is like clamshell, which can accurately control the plasticizing time and degree of materials, facilitate the observation of test results and cleaning work after test and production to increase production efficiency.

2. The barrel and screw are modular design, which can be assembled freely to meet the processing requirements of different materials

3.  lt can be used not only in the processing and application of thermoplastic plastics, but also in the heating and mixing processes of thermosetting materials such as epoxy resin and phenolic resin.

4. lt is applied in compression molding, transfer molding, extrusion molding and other molding projects, which has the advantages of high precision and easy disassembly.
