CHINAPLAS 2025 will take place at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Shenzhen, China, on April 15-18, 2025. As the show is approaching, a list of concurrent events, focusing on sustainability and innovation in plastics and rubber industries, is unveiled.

 

Sustainable Plastic Packaging Forum

 

Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., the organizer of CHINAPLAS, will join hands with China Packaging Federation to launch the innovative business networking forum during the show period on April 15-16.

Sustainable Plastic Packaging Forum will be held on Day 1 and 2 during CHINAPLAS 2025.

 

This forum will gather local and international representatives from authoritative packaging organizations as well as experts from leading enterprises to discuss the sustainability of plastic packaging from an international perspective and release the latest solutions.

 

Meanwhile, in Buyer Talk session, packaging managers of renowned brands will share their concerns about materials and processes, and exchange their difficulties and pain points in innovative packaging research and development.

 

These allow efficient docking between the upstream and downstream of the industry chain in the easy interaction among brands, products, materials and equipment suppliers.

 

6th Edition CHINAPLAS x CPRJ Plastics Recycling and Circular Economy Conference and Showcase

 

Jointly organized by CHINAPLAS 2025 and Adsale Plastics Network (AdsaleCPRJ.com), the event will return on April 14, featuring a rich program, including thematic sub-forums, hot topic salons, expert presentations, media interviews, as well as showcases of new products, materials and processing technologies.

The circular economy conference and showcase will return one day before CHINAPLAS opening.

 

It is expected that over 60 speakers from China, the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia will share insights on the plastics recycling market and technologies across packaging, automotive, 3C electronics, textile and more industries.

 

“The Plastics Circularity Journey” Production Line Live Demo

 

“The Plastics Circularity Journey” Production Line Live Demo will comprehensively showcase the high-value utilization and advanced technology of plastic recycling through live demonstration. It will highlight two themes of "Closed-Loop Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling" and "Turning Waste into Treasure".

“The Plastics Circularity Journey” Production Line Live Demo.

 

The “Circularity: PET Food-grade Recycling” production line live demonstration will mark the first time at CHINAPLAS to showcase the complete PET same-grade recycling production process. The demo will include six processes: material sorting, extrusion granulation, metal detector, underwater pelletizing, solid-state polymerization, and injection-blow molding. These processes will be provided by Meyer Optoelectronics, Aceretech, Sesotec, Polycut, and BPET.

 

The “Turning Waste into Treasure” production line live demonstration highlights the regeneration of PE plastics with processes from crushing, washing, drying, and sorting of post-consumer household bottles to re-pelletizing, supported by Genox, Lauffer, and Aceretech.

 

innoGreen Hub

 

The innoGreen Hub will bring "green+smart manufacturing" focusing on automotive, electronics and electrical appliances, medical and high-quality manufacturing applications. It will showcase cutting-edge injection molding technology, innovative materials and digitalized solutions.

 

SportsTech Chic + Green

 

“SportsTech Chic + Green” is a brand new event, specially designed to demonstrate game changing technologies for sportswear and sporting goods industry.

 

Leading brands, technical experts, R&D innovators, designers & fashion consultants will offer insights on trend-responsive products design and cost-effective manufacturing to achieve sustained growth. Sports brands and manufacturers will also participate in the thematic forum and visit the sports-themed display & interactive areas.
