At K 2025, COLINES will show its 9-layer POLYBLOWN® (2600mm) line or the production of high-performance barrier film with high-clarity EVOH, perfectly suitable for lamination with Cast MDO-PE and realize fully recyclable mono-material stand-up pouches.

COLINES’ 9-layer POLYBLOWN.

 

The line is with thickness range of 20-200 μm, a maximum output of up to 800 kg/h, and a maximum lay-flat width of 2500 mm. Designed for barrier and non-barrier applications, it is compatible with symmetrical/asymmetrical and single/double barrier structures.

 

Further features also include brand new user-friendly and intuitive graphical interface, ultra-low thickness tolerance for premium-quality film, and thanks to brushless motor technology, exceptional control of film tension and winding speed.
