K 2025: COLINES to bring flagship ALLrollEX cast stretch film line

At K 2025, COLINES will demonstrate the use of its latest generation of iconic ALLrollEX 1500mm (3-up) cast stretch film line, which was also a highlight in the last edition of K fair.

At its booth, COLINES will present the most versatile and innovative version of ALLrollEX, equipped with its exclusive AI-based Virtual Production Assistant (VPA) - MASTERMIND. This cutting-edge solution is designed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency, providing stretch film producers with a smart tool to enhance their operations and profitability.

 

Additionally, ALLrollEX will also showcase COLINES’ revolutionary in-line coreless production technology for 2" and 3" reels – a patented COLINES-NO.EL. innovation that sets new standards in both output performance and film quality.

 

Last but not least, the line features COLINES-NO.EL. proprietary in-line edge-reinforcing technology, which not only strengthens the film edges but also enables precise adjustment of the folded-edge width.

 

At K fair, COLINES will demonstrate two alternating production runs on this flagship line, including High-Tenacity Power-Stretch (HTPS) film with 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, in machine rolls with reinforced edges, and High-Tenacity Hand-Wrap (HTHW) coreless film with 30% PCR content and a 2" inner diameter.
