Chinese extrusion machinery manufacturers boosts customer competitiveness
Automated powder material handling for extrusion
Guangdong Liansu Machinery, a leading manufacturer of plastic extrusion equipment, assisted a customer in upgrading their material handling system to enhance production efficiency. This was achieved through the implementation of their Mconvey brand of material handling solutions and services.
The customer, a PVC conduit tube manufacturer, was using an outdated material handling system that suffered from low feeding efficiency. After installing the new automated powder material handling system from Mconvey, a Liansu brand specializing in material handling solutions and services, they experienced significant improvements in the stability of powder conveying and mixing. This upgrade not only reduced labor costs and worker intensity but also enhanced quality control.
The new system facilitates convenient feeding from bulk bags to the feeding equipment through a jumbo bag discharging station, ensuring an efficient and streamlined feeding process.
Equipped with negative pressure weighing scales and a powder formula feeder, the system ensures accurate weighing of multi-component powders, thereby enhancing the overall stability of product quality on the production line. Additionally, it incorporates a combination of six inline loss-in-weight feeders for precise inline addition of various trace powders.

The high-speed compound mixer within the system evenly blends a variety of powders and additives, ensuring consistency and uniformity in the mixed materials, which improves both the quality and production capacity of the final product.
Vacuum pipeline conveying is employed to maintain stable fluidity of the powder throughout the conveying process. This approach not only boosts conveying efficiency but also effectively prevents powder loss and contamination.
The entire system is managed through an intelligent control platform (SCADA system), allowing operators to monitor and adjust feeding, conveying, weighing, dosing, and mixing in real time to ensure efficient operation and accurate control of the production line.
Proprietary PP extrusion and pelletizing equipment
Useon Technology Limited's PP extrusion and pelletizing equipment is currently operational at a petrochemical company in China, with a designed annual capacity of 100,000 tons.
This equipment was independently designed and manufactured by Useon and has been recognized as a key project under Jiangsu Province's "First Set of Major Equipment" initiative.
In the polyolefin processing equipment sector, the delivery cycle can be lengthy, extending up to 14 months, along with high procurement costs. While fulfilling technical performance requirements, this equipment helps the customer reduce production lead times and lower procurement costs, with an anticipated increase in output value of up to RMB 300 million.
Useon is also active in the polyolefin elastomer processing equipment sector, undertaking the design and manufacturing of several domestic projects. Notably, some of the company's equipment features advanced degassing systems to improve the quality and stability of the processing.
Automobile pipeline extrusion lines
A customer of Dekuma Rubber and Plastic Technology (Dongguan) Ltd. featured the multi-layer nylon tube extrusion lines developed by Dekuma on the CCTV Financial Program "Super Production Line," garnering significant attention in the automotive industry.
With increasing competition in the automotive market and shifts in consumer demand, lightweighting and sustainability have become pressing concerns for automotive pipeline manufacturers.
To quickly adapt to these market demands, the customer opted to adopt Dekuma's innovative technologies and solutions, replacing their original imported equipment.
Dekuma is among the earliest manufacturers in China to collaborate with global automotive tubing suppliers to develop PA-EVOH composite pipe production lines.
These production lines boast several advantages. The extruder is equipped with precision servo drives that accurately control the extrusion rate of each layer of raw materials. By employing patented multi-layer composite die technology alongside an optimally designed forming machine, the production process achieves both stability and precise layering.
Furthermore, Dekuma's independently developed control system features a touchscreen human-machine interface and modular temperature control for enhanced usability and performance.
