Previero Sorema upgraded grinders take center stage at PLAST 2026

May 15, 2026

Previero Sorema upgraded the MU 916 PRH2 and MU 920 PRH2 grinders, combining reliability, ease of use, and enhanced safety to support increasingly demanding production environments. The two upgraded grinders will be presented at PLAST 2026 in Milan, Italy from June 9 to 12.

Stable, flexible operation, simple maintenance, enhanced safety

The new versions offer more stable and consistent performance over time, helping operators achieve high-quality output while optimizing operational efficiency.

Another key strength of the upgraded grinders lies in their flexibility. A wide range of optional features enables each machine to be tailored to specific processing needs, whether dealing with different types of plastic materials or operating in particularly demanding conditions.

These options are designed to extend component lifespan, improve durability, and ensure long-term performance.

At the same time, maintenance has been made simpler and more accessible. The updated machine structure allows for faster interventions, reducing downtime and making routine operations smoother and more intuitive for operators.

Safety has also been a central focus in the development of these upgrades. New solutions have been introduced to provide greater control during maintenance activities, giving operators increased confidence when working on the machine and contributing to a safer overall working environment.

Previero supports evolving plastic recycling industry

With these enhancements, the MU 916 PRH2 and MU 920 PRH2 further strengthen their position as reliable, high-performance granulators.

By combining robust construction with smart, user-oriented design, Previero once again confirms its commitment to delivering practical and forward-thinking solutions for the evolving plastic recycling industry, supporting customers in achieving greater efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value.
