Uniloy to show all-electric extrusion shuttle blow molding machine at Plast 2026
At the upcoming Plast 2026, which will take place on June 9-12 at Milan, Italy, Uniloy will highlight its all-electric UCS 14.ED Continuous Extrusion Shuttle Blow Molding Machine, representing the company’s commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Uniloy’s all-electric UCS 14.ED Continuous Extrusion Shuttle Blow Molding Machine.
All-electric UCS 14.ED Continuous Extrusion Shuttle Blow Molding Machine
The machine on display is a double station shuttle, UCS 14.ED, featuring 14 ton clamping force, 525 mm carriage stroke, and equipped with the Uniloy M40 extrusion head, configured for the production of HDPE containers in a 4+4 cavitation.
Designed with one of the smallest footprints in its class, the UCS 14.ED offers excellent accessibility through large safety doors, simplifying production setup, mold changes, maintenance, and service operations. The electrically driven 2D take-out system and linear conveyor further contribute to its improved operational efficiency and ease of use.
The machine is fully Industry 4.0 Ready through OPC-UA communication protocol, enabling remote connectivity via wired or wireless networks for production monitoring, auxiliary systems integration, diagnostics, and maintenance activities. The advanced Uni-Smart control platform provides a modern, intuitive, and highly customizable interface, allowing faster machine setup and comprehensive process management.
Monitoring and testing solutions to enhance quality
In addition to the machine itself, Uniloy will introduce several new solutions designed to enhance productivity.
A newly developed integrated machine vision system, incorporating multiple high definition cameras installed inside the machine enclosure, will be showcased. It remotely monitors the production process and machine operation in real time, which significantly improves remote diagnostics, shortens response times, and enhances after-sales technical support.
Connected to the machine, visitors will also see a newly developed container leak testing unit. This system represents the new family of Uniloy inspection, quality control, and trimming devices, expanding the company's portfolio toward fully integrated production and quality assurance solutions.
Latest solution for high-PCR processing
Finally, Uniloy will exhibit one of its latest extrusion developments: an extruder 70 mm diameter, 30 L/D, specifically designed to process up to 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material.
Equipped with an advanced induction heating system, the extruder offers improved thermal efficiency, precise temperature control, reduced maintenance requirements, and supports manufacturers in achieving their sustainability objectives.
By combining all-electric technology, digital connectivity, advanced quality control, and solutions for high-PCR processing, Uniloy continues to drive innovation in extrusion blow molding and provide customers with the tools needed for the next generation of sustainable manufacturing.
