Fakuma 2026: WITTMANN's vacuum material loader features new size

Ensuring high product quality even with recycled materials

 

Dust and other contaminations with fine particles have a negative effect on dosing in injection molding and reduce the homogeneity of the plastic melt. In the worst case, this may cause reject parts.

 

The Feedmax Clean has been specially developed for recycled materials, meeting the demands of the circular economy. Thorough dedusting makes it possible to use even regrind from different sources for applications with high demands on the surface quality and the functionality of the molded part.

 

High efficiency and easy maintenance

 

The new Feedmax Clean 300 is available in two variants with different material transport volumes. Material throughputs of up to 80 kg/h can be achieved. This doubles the maximum throughput previously reached with the Feedmax Clean, in response to the increasing use of recycled materials for high-quality applications.

 

The Feedmax Clean reaches extremely high separation rates in transporting of recycling material. During a normal conveying cycle, up to 80% of all particles with diameters below 1000 µm are removed. The undesirable dust particles and fine parts are continuously extracted from the plastic material during the conveying cycle.

 

As with all material loaders from WITTMANN, all parts of the Feedmax Clean coming into contact with the material consist of stainless steel – with the exception of the optionally available glass section. The system is very easy to clean, which accelerates product change-overs.

For a quick start into inline recycling of sprue and scrap parts, WITTMANN offers the required equipment components as a comprehensive solution, such as the granulator, dryer, blender, and Feedmax Clean material loader.
