Borouge International appoints new Chief Commercial Officer
Borouge International announced the appointment of Roland Janssen as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. He succeeds Stefan Doboczky, who has decided to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity.

In his new role, Janssen will be responsible for leading Borouge International’s global commercial organization, overseeing and expanding our customer relationships and advancing the company’s commercial priorities across our key markets.
“As we continue into this next phase of our growth, my focus will be on staying close to our customers and advancing our commercial priorities to realize the opportunities enabled by our expanded global platform,” said Roland Janssen.
Janssen brings more than 25 years of global commercial and industry experience and is an accomplished executive within Borouge International, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing.
Before stepping into this new role, he held senior leadership positions at both Borealis and Borouge, establishing a strong track record of strengthening customer partnerships, driving commercial growth and expanding both companies’ global market presence.
