DOMO Engineered Materials business and RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals businesses will be combined together to create a new, global Tier 1 leader in polyamide and high-performance engineering polymers.

The business integration follows Lone Star’s acquisition of both businesses in May 2026. As part of this integration, the combined business will operate under the established RadiciGroup name and identity.

This is a strategic branding decision designed to build on the strong heritage and recognition of RadiciGroup, while bringing together the complementary strengths, technologies, people and expertise of both businesses.

Progressively transition to the RadiciGroup identity

Starting from 6 October 2026, the current DOMO corporate identity will progressively transition to the RadiciGroup identity across our customer- and supplier-facing touchpoints.

Product brands, specifications, and technical performance remain unchanged

Our product brands, product names, specifications, and technical performance will remain unchanged.

However, the TECHNYL product logos have been partially adapted to align with the new RadiciGroup corporate identity.
