设备运行

取坯板释放瓶坯之前，视像检测设备会检测一排瓶坯，检测在设定时间内进行，时间设定长短取决于瓶坯数量和检测的复杂性。

在加工过程中进行校正或设备微调。实时监督和控制产品质量旨在减少缺陷产品的同时提升常规品控的覆盖率和准确性，从而将质量控制转化为竞争优势的来源。


视像检测设备PVS156提供全方位品控方案

后冷却单元与视像检测设备完全整合作为加工优化方案，即瓶坯注塑成型设备与视像检测设备PVS156整合连线。

不间断监督产品质量。

视像检测设备PVS为产品质量保驾护航。如96腔瓶坯注塑成型设备，视像检测设备在大约5分钟内完成检测，读取重量数据和模号，并实时生成统计报告。
