Changzhou Yunjian enhances automatic sleeve of inner membrane woven bag

Changzhou Yunjian Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacturing of plastic woven bag machinery and equipment.


At CHINAPLAS 2022, it launches an automatic slit and automatic sleeve of inner membrane woven bag automatic equipment. It is designed to improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and save the production costs. 


Machine features include: the electrical appliance parts shall be controlled by the touch setting PLC; the unwinding part adopts pneumatic upper roll, photoelectric correction and automatic photoelectric tracking and distribution; color standard tracking adopts advanced photoelectric tracking, and tracking is more accurate; and cut off part of the machine adopts eager knife (cold cutting, cold eager integrated) and opening device, which makes the woven bag not easy to open after being cut off. The bag length adopts servo length to make the cut off more accurate.
